Diagnostics with strengthening plans for SMEs / VSEs
IDF Corporate, thanks to its team of seasoned experts and specialists, carries out diagnoses accompanied by reinforcement plans, with a view to contributing to the implementation of tools enabling:
-
Responding to the high DEMAND for non-financial services by active SMEs/SMEs or business start-ups:
- In the short term and using a partial subsidy, gradually attract promoters to quality non-financial services (educational function through cost-sharing of services), on the one hand, and on the other hand, allow CASs to consolidate their capacities to offer high-level services
- In the medium term and without any subsidies, develop the culture of systematically using non-financial service professionals without the need for subsidies
-
Contribute to the increase in quality and quantity of the supply of non-financial services (individual consultants, firms and training centres):
- To help non-financial service providers, especially those located in rural areas, to gradually access the vast market of training and advisory services for SMEs/VSEs and to offer non-financial services in accordance with the standards
- Support service providers in their efforts to establish themselves in the production basins (offices and permanent staff in rural areas)
-
At the institutional level, provide appropriate responses :
- For the State and international financial partners:
- Tailor grants to sectoral priorities
- Targeting more closely by focusing on the most sensitive economic actors
- For SME Promotion Agencies:
- Accelerate the development policy of the SME sector, especially in rural areas (creation of more and more wealth and jobs at reduced costs)
- To quickly have a robust SME Promotion tool (Central challenge of the SME Promotion Agencies)
- For the State and international financial partners:
